White fused alumina (white fused alumina) is a synthetic corundum made from a highly purified reduced alumina powder and other fillers below 2000 degrees or above in an arc furnace, also known as white fused alumina, abbreviated as "WA". Its main chemical composition is alumina (Al2O3, 99% minimum) and a small amount of sodium oxide (Na2O), iron oxide (Fe2O3) and silicon oxide (silica). Because of its high alumina content, it is very hard, tough and sharp edge, with a very high refractory temperature, can be used in grinding tools production, refractory materials, sand blasting, water jet cutting, steelmaking, metallurgy, casting, casting, ceramics industry. We select high quality high purity alumina powders and melt technicians in an arc furnace to perform standard grinding, shape improvement, sieving, magnetic component removal and grading abrasive and sandblasting with FEPA coarse sand. Our white fused alumina is pure, hard, sharp, and self-polishing good. We check our screens against standard screens every two months to ensure that our products meet FEPA, JIS or American National Standards Institute standards.
